(1).This machine is to print, emboss and automatically fold the rolled paper which is cut well into square or rectangular Napkin.

(2). Folding Napkin Machine,also named Three Colors Printing and Embossing Napkin Folder,is equipped with Three colors printing unit based on the Model HX-170 / 400 Napkin Folder.

(3). It is featured of nice,clear and correct printing,and easy for operation.

 2.Equipment Function and Characters:

(1).Design according to Europe CE standard, going through CE certification, electric part has CE or UL certification,equipped with emergency stop safety device.

(2).Most accessories is processed through good processing by numerical control machine tool, main mechanical parts adopt CNC processing; main parts which is bought outside adopt famous brand product.

(3).The printing unit adopts flexography printing unit,and pattern can replace flexibly according to requirement, adopt special color printing,net lines ink vibrator.

(4).Stepless speed adjustment for unwinding roll, whole machine run synchronously, production automatic counting, can set automatic counting delamination output,convenient for packing.

(5).Bottom embossing roller adopt Felt Roller, Wool Roller, Rubber Roller (can select 1 kind among them). Embossing is equipped with heating system, pattern is bright.
